Benefaction’s mission is to help Canadians give back, but with over 14 years in the philanthropic industry, their branding no longer reflected the modern charity they grew into. While striving for the best with every donor, Benefaction's brand and marketing took a back seat, resulting in their website and branding becoming outdated, with a poor user experience and a minimal online presence.
After a discovery session with the Benefaction team, we developed a clear strategy to rebrand their online presence. We helped Benefaction refresh their image for today’s donors by updating their marketing collateral and revamping both their English and French websites.
The result was a seamless user experience that presented Benefaction’s timeless mission through a modern lens.
